• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies; reports maintenance issues immediately.
