Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience is required.
• Part-time schedule: Friday and Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Excellent kitchen sanitation and HACCP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares them for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Maintains clean and organized kitchen, stores supplies properly, and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
