Job summary

Jackson Contractor Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from concept to completion. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and team leadership to deliver quality results.

The role requires a four‑year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of supervision experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. On-site work with opportunities for collaboration across teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Four‑year degree in construction or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost and contract control, including managing job cost and change orders, and budgeting.
• Create and maintain a monthly CPM schedule with recovery tactics.
• Lead the buyout process by developing subcontract agreements and purchase orders; manage procurement and document control.
• Conduct weekly project staff and subcontractor meetings to review critical information.
• Ensure safety and quality control are built into all project planning and execution.
