Job summary

The South Dakota Board of Regents is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager in Vermillion to oversee projects from inception to closeout. You will coordinate with campus departments, design professionals, and operations/maintenance to deliver quality facilities on time and within budget.

Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects of all sizes and scopes.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with formal education in CM.
• Valid driver’s license; may require after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish and coordinate with campus departments, design professionals, operations and maintenance, and closeout teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule and maintain client satisfaction.
• Provide contract management, billing support, design coordination, and project closeout oversight.
