Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of experience in construction management or facilities management required.
• An associate’s degree plus at least three years of related experience may be substituted.
• Fall 2026 graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project execution to ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, schedules and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison among contractors, consultants, vendors, and University stakeholders, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, resolving construction issues, reviewing pay requests, and facilitating project completion.
• Coordinate with design professionals and University representatives to manage change orders and interpret construction documents; maintain comprehensive project records.
• Provide cost estimates for budgeting purposes and prepare detailed construction reports; review plans for constructability and design improvements.
• Coordinate University-furnished equipment and materials and conduct facility inspections; deliver high-quality customer service for campus construction projects.
