• Coordinates multiple initiatives within the capital portfolio and liaises with CUNY and DASNY.
• Develops project scopes for internally managed capital and infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversees project execution with Buildings and Grounds and IT to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and maintains risk management throughout lifecycle.
