Qualifications

• 2+ years’ professional experience in social justice, community engagement, or related fields.
• Experience developing and maintaining community partnerships.
• Ability to supervise student staff.
• Experience with GivePulse and Engage systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Campus Volunteer Coordinator program with 3–6 student leaders and partner organizations.
• Oversee Community Service Work Study program with 15–25 student employees and partnerships.
• Manage campus community engagement and partner sites, serving as primary contact.
• Supervise student employees, set expectations, and manage training and evaluations.
• Provide MSJC administration for GivePulse and Engage onboarding and training.
• Support development and implementation of monthly volunteer opportunities and campus events.
