Job summary

Great Hearts Academies seeks a Campus Coordinator in Buckeye, AZ to manage and operate all Co-Curricular programs, including after-school Athenaeum and summer programs. This is a full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible position reporting to the Regional Manager.

The role requires leadership, program development, and strong communication with staff, students, and families. Occupational requirements include fingerprint clearance and CPR/First Aid certification on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in liberal arts/education and with children is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow program enrollment.
• Manage budget for payroll and supplies.
• Ensure licensing compliance for AZDHS.
• Hire, train, and mentor program staff.
• Model appropriate child guidance and classroom management.
• Oversee implementation of provided curriculum.
• Represent programs at campus events and meetings.
• Escalate incidents to Regional Manager.
