Great Hearts Academies in Arizona is seeking an Assistant Campus Coordinator for a 12‑month, .6‑time role in the Co‑Curricular Programs. This position provides managerial and operational support to the Campus Coordinator in a non‑benefits‑eligible capacity.
You will help run after‑school and summer programs, handle paperwork, supply orders, curriculum prep, staff training, and marketing tasks, while ensuring licensing compliance and proper documentation of student behavior.

Salary Range: $17.34–18.50
The Co‑Curricular programs at Great Hearts Academies include After‑School Athenaeum and Summer Programs. The Assistant Campus Coordinator provides managerial and operational support to the Campus Coordinator in a 12‑month, .6‑time (24 hours weekly), non‑benefits‑eligible position.
The successful candidate will be a principled, professional leader with an independent work ethic and a heart of service to others. They must demonstrate sound business judgment and wisdom in dealing with people. Required experience includes liberal arts and/or education, experience with children and children’s programming, and preferably experience in a licensed program. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a licensed program and meet the qualifications of Director Designee in accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Child Care Licensing. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
Required to obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card upon hire.
Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
May need to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area for training, professional development, and program coordination.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
