Job summary

DePaul University in Chicago is seeking a Clery Administrator to compile the Campus Safety and Security Information Report and Fire Safety Report. You will review incident reports, maintain the daily Crime and Fire Log for both campuses, and support leadership with administrative functions and special projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of administrative experience; 1 year Clery experience is preferred.

• 3 years of administrative experience required.
• 1 year Clery experience preferred.
• Ability for independent work related decision making.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage projects simultaneously.
• Computer experience required; proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Review incident reports and classify crime categories daily.
• Assist with compiling the Campus Safety and Security Information Report and Fire Safety Report; coordinate with the Office of General Counsel and submit statistics.
• Gather data from internal and external sources to compile comprehensive, accurate statistics.
• Disseminate confidential reports; maintain records; publish crime data in public mediums; update Public Safety website content.
• Provide informational trainings; attend Clery webinars and training workshops.
