Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, sheet trays and items used for food service or production.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers and locker rooms.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping.
• Return items to proper storage and keep areas organized and debris-free.
• Wash mats and walls, mop floors, empty garbage and sanitize cans.
• Maintain stock in production, service and restroom areas; replenish items as needed.
• Act as runner for different stations or locations as assigned.
• Keep drains clean and free of debris.
• Support location leadership with tasks as needed.
