Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Campus Chef to join the team at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, MS. You will supervise and participate in meal preparation, guiding culinary operations across retail and catering services.

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutrition.
• Coordinate with district managers regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Direct and coordinate kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
