Job summary

SST Schools is seeking a Campus Character & Community Engagement Coordinator to advance the character education initiative and strengthen school culture on the campus. The role reports to the Campus Dean of Students and collaborates with district leaders to implement programs across feeder campuses.

Responsibilities include leading FACE program activities, coordinating student clubs, and fostering partnerships with families and community stakeholders to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Successful teaching and/or school leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in character education, student leadership, school culture, or related initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the creation and development of new clubs and help identify potential club advisors among existing campus personnel; provide resources/training opportunities for club advisors.
• Support student club advisors for fundraising opportunities and supervise requests for club projects and fundraisers.
• Coordinate and support engagement activities and events for students, parents, and staff.
• Create programs to help students to and through high school and college.
• Coordinate campus implementation of SST's Character Education Initiative under the direction of the Campus Dean of Students and in collaboration with the District Character Education Coordinator.
