zTrip is seeking dependable, safety-focused Campus CDL Shuttle Drivers to join our transportation team. You will provide safe and reliable shuttle services for students, faculty, staff, and visitors across campus.

This role offers a consistent schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team environment. You will operate CDL shuttle buses, follow schedules, aid accessibility needs, and help keep campus moving.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class B or higher.
• Passenger (P) Endorsement required.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL shuttle vehicle along designated campus routes.
• Transport passengers efficiently between campus facilities, parking areas, housing locations, and other approved destinations.
• Follow established schedules while maintaining safe driving practices.
• Navigate routes with professionalism and attention to passenger safety.
• Ensure passengers arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time.
• Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information regarding shuttle routes, stops, and schedules.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Support individuals with accessibility and mobility needs.
• Create a welcoming and positive transportation experience for all riders.
• Respond to passenger questions courteously and professionally.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and passenger-ready vehicle.
• Operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment when required.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or incidents promptly.
• Complete required logs, reports, and operational documentation accurately.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and fellow drivers.
• Assist with service adjustments and operational needs as required.
• Support on-time service and route reliability goals.
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
