Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure tasks align with policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate worker performance and recognize top performers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement.
• Other duties as assigned.
