Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain in Kenosha, Wisconsin to oversee events from setup to breakdown and to lead event staff. You will ensure courteous, prompt service and help recruit and train new associates, upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in catering/foodservice/hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of event execution. Onsite, full-time role with hourly compensation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.
• Management or supervisory experience is a plus.
