Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of equipment and workspace.
• Assist with production records and stock monitoring as needed.
• Interact with customers and provide friendly service.
