Qualifications

• Prior baking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following production standards.
• Assist with production records including waste tracking and supplies, flagging low stock to supervision.
• Maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and work area.
• Handle food items safely, following safety regulations during preparation and service.
• Clean equipment and workstation; keep display equipment free of debris.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
