Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Ensure proper food prep using approved recipes and equipment.
• Maintain production records and notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Ensure presentation, quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and area.
• Handle foods safely during preparation and service.
• Clean equipment/workstation and keep displays debris-free.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints customer-service oriented.
• Keep up with peak production calmly and efficiently.
• Check food is presented and displayed per standards.
• Follow sanitation and OSHA safety standards.
• Complete shifts timely and perform other duties.
