Job summary

UEI College is seeking an Associate Director of Career Services to lead the campus Career Services team and administer the student job placement program. The role drives placement results, compliance, and collaboration with employers and IEC events.

You will assist the Director of Career Services, manage daily productivity, and help shape campus strategy and program outcomes in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of career services experience.
• 2 years management experience preferred.
• Some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administer the campus's job placement program and ensure successful student placements.
• Assist the Director of Career Services in managing the daily productivity of the Career Services Team.
• Ensure the department meets goals and regulatory standards across programs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Career Services Department and assigned functions.
• Promote the company's mission and values in daily work and campus activities.
• Support campus strategy execution for Career Services and IEC initiatives.
• Coordinate with compliance on placement verification and documentation processes.
• Represent Career Services at IEC events and regional meetings.
• Oversee externship/extern-to-hire activities and alumni relations.
