Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field and 2 years of progressive professional experience in campus event coordination, marketing and career advising.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and executes campus career and internship events through the Center for Career Advancement.
• Oversees program relations and collaborates with campus partners on internship/apprenticeship opportunities and special projects.
• Serves as a liaison between UH Hilo and community partners to develop career pathways and on-campus engagement.
• Supports career exploration and counseling for students and alumni.
• Manages marketing and social media presence for career services resources.
