Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in High School, on-site location.
• Ability to read and write English in job context.
• Current Food Handler’s Certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• At least two letters of recommendation from school coach or teacher.
• Must adhere to dress code and communicate effectively with staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock & maintain serving line area and assist in food prep and clean up.
• Identify reimbursable meals on serving line.
• Set up serving line with equipment and safety measures.
• Prepare and cook food according to safety regulations and HACCP guidance.
• Wash dishes and equipment per health guidelines.
• Clean work areas and dispose of garbage as assigned.
• Maintain courteous relationships with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Perform duties in a safe and prudent manner.
