Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items to standards.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Manages cash handling and daily reports according to policy.
• Orders food and other supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and staff.
• Develops sanitation schedules and enforces cleaning routines.
• Assists in staff selection and onboarding; provides training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
