Job summary

Villanova University Cabrini Local Grounds is seeking a Barista to deliver outstanding customer service, prepare drinks to standard, and maintain a clean, well-stocked kiosk. You’ll learn the equipment and work with Grub Hub and POS systems, helping guests enjoy quality coffee and tea.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashiering experience of 1–2 years.
• Interest in coffee and testing products for quality assurance.
• Will train on all coffee equipment; familiarity with POS and Grub Hub systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service that is efficient, friendly and speedy.
• Sales and knowledge sharing about coffee and tea; promotes featured items.
• Keeps kiosk clean, stocked and properly labeled.
• Assist manager with scheduling student associates and enforce uniform standards.
