Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail coffee location or restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and managing staff effectively.
• Ability to work with diverse student and career staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise part-time student employees.
• Maintain the Starbucks product and store experience.
• Evaluate sales and product mix reports.
• Oversee daily inventory levels of food and non-food items.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
