Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive CBU bus for transportation on scheduled routes in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain records: driving time, trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Follow traffic and highway safety rules and regulations.
• Clean the bus as scheduled and ensure secure storage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safe operation.
• Log and report defects to supervisor as needed.
• Assist passengers with loading/unloading and ensure safety.
• Operate within CHP inspection requirements and maintain logs.
