Qualifications

• Education equivalent to graduation from the twelfth grade.
• Must possess a valid Class B California driver's license with a passenger endorsement and a valid California School Bus Driver's Certificate.
• Valid Standard Red Cross First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Drive a bus or other vehicle over designated routes, picking up and discharging students; transport on field trips and events.
• Maintain discipline among students following district policies and contact with parents.
• Make daily and weekly written reports on mileage, students transported, and bus condition.
• Perform general upkeep of the bus when not driving (gas, oil, cleaning).
