Responsibilities

• Oversee all book-related resources including purchase materials, rentals, and digital materials.
• Coordinate with faculty and vendors to ensure timely course material availability.
• Supervise campus bookstore staff and maintain payroll/leave records.
• Manage ordering, receiving, pricing, and inventory using POS and Banner.
• Maintain accurate records for procurement cards, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Conduct yearly inventory and ensure security against loss or theft.
• Generate budget reports and support financial oversight for the bookstore.
