Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Career Services Representative for a campus-based position in Kokomo/Lafayette.

The CSR will work with students to coordinate externships, provide coaching on resume development, and support job readiness and placement across multiple campuses. The role requires building relationships with medical communities, making outreach calls, and maintaining data integrity while meeting placement and externship goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales or related experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to work 2 evenings per week.
• Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• On-campus role; not remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and place externships by identifying qualified sites and securing agreements.
• Coach students on resume development and career preparation.
• Coordinate externship assignments with campus leadership and ensure documentation.
• Assist with placement verification and data reporting.
• Meet placement and externship targets and maintain timely communications.
