Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Middle Georgia State University in Macon, GA seeks a skilled bartender for our college dining team. You will mix and serve beverages, support meal service, and help maintain a welcoming front and back of house.

Must be 18+, have strong communication and customer service, be able to memorize and describe drink recipes, and hold a valid state bartending license. Prior bartending experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of beverage recipes.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Set up and break down front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Perform food service as needed.
• Provide menu descriptions and recommendations to guests.
