Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled bartender to join our collegiate team in New York, NY. You will mix and serve beverages and support meal service for a diverse campus audience.

Follow standard recipes, set up and break down bars and beverage stations, and assist with food service as needed while delivering friendly, knowledgeable guest service. Must be 18+, have a valid bartending license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid state bartending license.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of beverage recipes.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Set up and break down front- and back-of-house bars and beverage stations.
• Perform food service as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service, describing and recommending menu items.
