Job summary

MoonTower Barista at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center on the UT campus seeks a full-time team member to take orders, prepare espresso drinks and related food items, and ensure quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, handling cash and POS, adhering to HACCP guidelines, and delivering friendly service to students and faculty. Benefits include on-site parking after 90 days and free employee meals.

Qualifications

• This job requires a great deal of interaction with students and faculty whose primary language is English, English proficiency and conversational skills are a must

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate production pars and inventories in the customer service and merchandising areas
• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
• Enters orders accurately into the POS device, accepts cash and charge payments. Accurately makes change.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
