Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Austin, TX is hiring a part-time Cafe 125 Barista at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. The role makes espresso drinks, handles food following HACCP, and delivers friendly service. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required; hours may vary.

Pay is fixed at $16.00 per hour. Prior barista and customer service experience preferred. We provide free meals, uniforms and laundering at select locations, plus a broad benefits program for associates.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS and processes payments.
• Maintains cleanliness of service area and ensures proper presentation and temperatures.
• Greets customers and ensures customer satisfaction; communicates concerns to supervisors.
