Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Ensures proper food preparation and sanitation following standards and equipment use.
• Maintains accurate production records and monitors waste and shortages.
• Maintains presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Interacts with customers and resolves inquiries in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
