Qualifications

• Master's Degree required or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of NFHS rules and athletic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer campus athletic and human performance programs.
• Lead and support coaches, staff, and student-athletes across activities.
• Develop budgets, manage procurement, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate interscholastic and extracurricular athletics aligned to K-12 goals.
• Represent the campus in athletic conferences and associations.
• Foster partnerships with families, alumni, and community groups.
• Monitor program outcomes, safety, and risk management.
• Oversee scheduling, facilities, travel, and event logistics.
• Ensure equity and access to athletic opportunities for all students.
