Job summary

Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) seeks an Application Support Technician in Lakewood, CO. You will provide hands-on support for campus software and assist with user accounts, training, and communications to students, faculty, and staff.

The role involves configuring, updating, testing, troubleshooting applications, and coordinating with IT staff to meet campus objectives. Strong emphasis on ticket resolution and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience including technical support certifications preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience working in IT helpdesk environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of networking technologies and file sharing on Windows and Apple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service needs via support tickets for new user accounts, password, and general application assistance.
• Create, maintain, and distribute user documentation for new systems/applications developed or enhanced.
• Account and user management of 3rd party software and related access.
• Oversee and document procedures; train staff on correct IT processes.
