Qualificações

• Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM and at least half-time (6 hours) for fall and spring semesters.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and social media platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, and provide general information; greet and direct visitors.
• Answer routine inquiries and maintain log of inquiries; communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person.
• Create advertising proposals for clients and design ad thumbnails with production staff.
• Schedule ads in accounting software and handle payments; input client information into accounting software.
• Proof ads prior to publication.
