Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective students and families over the phone.
• Process university information and communicate admissions details clearly to remove obstacles.
• Organize time to meet contact rate targets and ensure high-quality service.
• Discuss goals with prospective students to assess fit with GCU programs and collect admissions paperwork.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite visits and transfer inquiries to the appropriate counselor.
• Serve as the first point of contact for program inquiries while collaborating with campus departments and leadership.
