Job summary

RNG Group is partnering with a respected beauty school system to recruit an Admissions Advisor who will engage prospective students from first inquiry through enrollment. This on-campus role emphasizes relationship-building, campus tours, and a fast-paced enrollment process.

Ideal candidates are connectors with a sales mindset, ready to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, with some travel and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software in higher education recruiting.
• Sales-oriented with ability to close inquiries to enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries immediately and convert qualified inquiries into enrolled students.
• Maintain a personal database of inquiries in the CRM; create recruiting opportunities.
• Record all interactions and coordinate with staff and faculty on recruitment status.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and guide inquiries through the enrollment funnel.
• Maintain high contact frequency with inquiries and applicants at all stages.
• Conduct high-energy campus tours and participate in on-campus events.
• Support campus leadership and achieve enrollment goals; occasional travel.
