• Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Assist management with employment and labor documents, including disciplinary notices.
• Assist staffing when employees call out on short notice.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, school personnel, and parents.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
• Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
• Process vendor invoices for payment and verify pricing against bids.
