Ivy Tech Community College in Sellersburg is seeking a Campus Activities Board (CAB) Assistant to support campus programming and student life initiatives. You will assist the Office of Student Life with the preparation, coordination, and implementation of events and activities.
This part-time role offers roughly 15–20 hours per week (Mon-Thu 10am–2pm, with extended hours during peak times) and requires an interest in event planning, leadership, and active campus involvement.
The Campus Activities Board (CAB) Assistant serves as a student leader of the campus’s programming efforts. They will assist the Office of Student Life with the preparation, coordination, and implementation of events and activities.
Salary Range: $15 per hour

Work with SGA to represent the student body’s voice when selecting future events/activities.
Assist with event logistics (setup, teardown, attendance tracking, outreach and marketing, and other duties assigned).
Work weekly in IvyLife to track Student Org needs.
Create fliers and other promotional materials for events/activities.
Distribute event promotional materials on campus.
Assist the Office of Student Life with post-event assessment.
Attend/work at Ivy Tech Sellersburg-sponsored events and activities.
Attend and actively participate in CAB/Student Life event-planning meetings.
Actively encourage students to participate and/or get involved on campus.
Help to maintain the organization and flow of the Student Life Center.
Monday-Thursday: 10-2pm
Events/extended hours when needed.
Roughly 15-20 hours a week. High-traffic times of the year may require 20-24 hours.
