Kampgrounds Of America, INC. is seeking a friendly Recreation Attendant to assist with planning, organizing, and leading campground recreation activities. You will help run events, coordinate supplies, and engage guests of all ages to ensure a fun, safe experience.

You will collaborate with the Recreation Lead and Marketing to create engaging programs, maintain equipment, and promote KOA culture of fun and inclusion across weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage confrontation.
• Basic working knowledge of recreational activities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Help in preparations for events from start to finish.
• Create an events calendar supporting campground activities.
• Prepare supplies and assist Recreation Lead.
• Take photos and obtain releases for participants.
• Coordinate social media posts with Marketing.
• Prepare food, equipment, awards and entertainment for events.
• Maintain and clean recreation equipment and spaces.
• Greet participants and explain activity rules.
