Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests and residents in person, by phone, or online.
• Check guests in and out, take reservations, process payments and deposits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and address concerns with diplomacy.
• Monitor safety, enforce rules, and report issues to management.
• Maintain neat records, run reports, and support property operations.
