Job summary

KCN Campgrounds in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Team Member to maintain campground facilities, buildings, equipment and grounds. You will perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs as directed by management and implement regular maintenance programs including pool/spa, lawn care and landscaping.

You will follow safety guidelines, provide attentive guest service, and report issues to the Campground Manager or owner.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
Basic knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.
Basic knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds.
Implement maintenance and cleaning programs including pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, game machines, laundry servicing and related upkeep.
Comply with safety programs and proper handling of equipment, tools and chemicals for staff and guests.
Provide superior customer service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests’ needs.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
