38 Degrees is seeking a creative content creator and campaigner to produce social media content that informs, persuades and mobilises audiences to take action in the UK. Reporting to the Social Media Campaigns Manager, you will focus on video content, on-camera presentation and campaigns that drive change.

There are no formal education requirements; we welcome diverse backgrounds and offer a four-day working week with remote work within the UK and occasional travel for in-person events.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Ability to develop campaigns and translate issues into engaging posts.

Responsibilities

• Produce content for Instagram Reels and TikTok to mobilise audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to develop social media-led campaign tactics.
• Present content on camera and edit video material for publication.
