Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly creative Social Producer with agency experience to move from concept to execution across social, digital, and integrated campaigns. You will produce compelling content, shape social-first ideas, and ensure campaigns feel cohesive across touchpoints.

You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and account partners to develop assets across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, while staying ahead of trends and platform formats.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in social production or related agency role.
• Strong portfolio showing social content and campaign work.
• Proficient in video production, editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to connect social ideas to broader brand strategy.
• Highly organized, collaborative, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce social-first content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Turn campaign ideas into content plans, production concepts, and assets.
• Shape social strategy and identify opportunities for brands to show up in relevant, engaging ways.
• Lead content production from concepting through shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Create video, photography, motion graphics, and platform-native assets.
• Collaborate across teams to support integrated 360 campaigns across touchpoints.
• Stay current on platform trends and translate insights into creative ideas.
