EMILYs List in Washington, DC is seeking a Campaigns Assistant to support the Campaigns Manager and coordination across the campaigns team. The role focuses on scheduling, creating briefing materials, maintaining internal resources, and providing administrative support to senior leadership.

Our Campaigns Assistant will report to the Campaigns Manager on various projects to enhance the service we provide to our campaigns and facilitate communication throughout the organization. They will also work to support our campaigns, candidates and advisors in day to day operations that support our ability to build stronger, scalable campaign operations. They will also work with the Campaigns Manager and other members of the campaigns team to ensure information flow between teams runs smoothly.
The Assistant will work closely with the Campaigns Manager and Campaigns Coordinator on different projects, including briefing materials, creation and updating of internal department resources, and administrative support for senior leadership of the Campaigns team, including scheduling.

Our office is based in Washington, DC. This position is based in the DC office with a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.
