Job summary

Homeworks Energy is seeking energetic, customer-focused team members to conduct door-to-door energy assessments in local neighborhoods. You will engage residents, schedule assessments, and participate in bi-weekly team meetings to drive community outreach and energy savings.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable traveling to canvassing locations. The role offers a base hourly pay with commission potential and a flexible schedule.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ and able to travel up to 1 hour.

• Knock on 60+ doors a day to discuss no-cost home energy assessments.
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments via Mass Save.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings.

What You’ll Earn:

Base pay of $24/hr, with total average pay reaching $24–$35/hr when commission is factored in — with top performers earning $1,000+/week in commission alone!

What You’ll Do:

• Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!)
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

What You Need:

• People skills from sales, retail, or customer service
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18+
