• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE certification desirable.
• 5–8 years of proven fundraising experience with campaign responsibility.
• Experience in campaign planning, donor stewardship, and communications.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage fundraising campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Lead donor engagement, volunteer coordination, and project management.
• Collaborate with leadership and board to cultivate donors and partners.
• Track performance with CRM data and report progress to senior leadership.
