Job Title Campaign Specialist, ABM Job Description

Axis Communications is looking for an experienced campaign specialist responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and achieve business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, creative development, and performance analysis to ensure the success of marketing initiatives in the region.

Candidate must be willing to work in an office environment, as this is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Strategy

  1. Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience
  2. Strategize and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting greenfield and white space accounts in alignment with sales targets
  3. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  5. Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets

Creative Development

  1. Write persuasive and compelling email/ad copy that captures the attention of recipients and prompts action
  2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content, including advertisements, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages
  3. Ensure all campaign materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging consistency

Execution and Management

  1. Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and successful campaign launches
  3. Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time to achieve desired outcomes

Analysis and Reporting

  1. Track and analyze campaign metrics and performance data to assess effectiveness and ROI
  2. Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement
  3. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify successes and areas for optimization

Collaboration and Communication

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing leadership, sales, product marketing, and segment marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of campaigns
  2. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns

Industry Trends

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and campaign management
  2. Implement innovative approaches and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  2. 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  3. 3+ years of experience in campaign management or account-based marketing (ABM)
  4. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.)
  5. Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) experience preferred
  6. Proven copywriting skills
  7. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  8. Creativity and attention to detail

Reports to Manager, Field Marketing

Location: Chicago, IL

Travel Requirement: Expected travel time for this position is approximately 10% annually

Salary Range: $90K-$100k Depending on location and experience

Type of Employment: Permanent Employment
